Louise Richardson Allen (January 12, 1917 - June 7, 2008), wife of Ivan Allen Jr. (March 15, 1911 – July 2, 2003), Atlanta's mayor from 1962-1970, was an influential advocate of charities and non-profits across Atlanta. Her support for organizations such as the Junior League of Atlanta, Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Historic Oakland Foundation, and Atlanta Historical Society earned her numerous awards and recognitions for service.
