Robert Paschal (d. 1997) was the co-owner of Paschal's Restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia with his brother James. Robert was in charge of food operations at the restaurant, which was located on Hunter Street (now Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive). In 1960, the brothers opened La Carousel Lounge adjacent to the restaurant. In 1967, the brothers opened a motor hotel, the first large-scale hotel for African Americans in Atlanta. - Local Identifier:
