Alvin Dollar was a youth worker from south Atlanta in the 1970s and later became a public administrator for the City of Atlanta. He served as director of Atlanta's city-funded Downtown Labor Service Center for eight years. In the late 1980s, he became the director of the Dunbar Neighborhood Center. - Local Identifier:
