Dr. Benjamin Franklin Walker (1835-1899) served as a Fulton County Commissioner in 1884 until his death in 1899. Prior to this, he enlisted in the Confederate Army in 1862 as a lieutenant in the Confederate Army’s 42nd Georgia Infantry during the Civil War. - Metadata URL:
