Julius L. Brown (1848-1910) was a Civil War soldier, attorney and businessman. He served as the general counsel for the Western and Atlanta Railroad from 1870 to 1890. He also chartered the Metropolitan Company and built two street railways in Atlanta. In addition, he served as president of the Young Men’s Library Association. - Metadata URL:
