Harry Owsley Howell (1859-1889), the son of Singleton Gideon Howell and Agnes Julia Owsley, was a ladderman for the Atlanta Fire Department. He died fighting a fire in the Jackson Building in Atlanta, Georgia, on April 24, 1889. - Local Identifier:
