The Healey Building, located at 57 Forsyth Street in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, was completed in 1914. Designed by the architectural firm of Morgan and Dillon, with assistance from Walter T. Downing, the sixteen-story building incorporates neo-Gothic elements including pointed arches and tracery. The Healey Building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977 and was designated a landmark building by the city of Atlanta in 1987. - Local Identifier:
