The Ringling Bros. & Barnum and Bailey Circus is an American circus company that was founded by James Anthony Bailey, P.T. Barnum, and the Ringing brothers. The Ringling brothers bought the Barnum and Bailey Circus in 1907 and continued to operate as two circuses until they merged in 1919. It is billed as “The Greatest Show on Earth.” - Local Identifier:
