- Two document fragments by Samuel Spahr Laws concerning polygamy in ecclesiastical and civil affairs; the first is a single typescript page draft containing manuscript annotations by Laws, later published in ‘Polygamy and Citizenship in Church and State’ (1906), undated; the second contains manuscript notes with mention of a talk by Wilhelm Holm, president of the Danish Evangelical Missionary Society at the 1888 Centenary Conference on the Protestant Missions of the World, held in Exeter Hall (London), June 9-19, and Frank T. Glasgow of the Presbytery of Lexington at the 1907 [47th] General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in the U.S., undated.
