In this sermon Waddel describes the special place of John the Baptist amongst the other prophets, how John came to pave the way for Christ’s coming by preaching to the Jews. Waddel also describes how Christ may be properly styled a saint, and details how Christ came to be seen as the “Lamb of God.” Sermon on John 1:29.
