- Minutes log documenting meetings held between November 24th, 1848 and April 7th, 1855 of the Hopewell presbytery. Various trials and ordination sermons for prospective new members were presented. Trials were undertaken against Reverends E. P. Rogers and John U. Parsons. The presbytery resolved to strengthen the Sabbath School Instruction Union, to continue missions to enslaved Africans in Georgia, and to open an institution for the education of the blind.
