It was delivered at Providence Presbyterian Church (Charlotte, N.C.), March 16, 1862, Sharon Presbyterian Church (Charlotte, N.C.), April 6, 1862, Sugar Creek [Sugaw Creek Presbyterian Church (Charlotte, N.C.)], April 26, 1862, and at Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church (Chester, S.C.), July 31, 1862, and September 1862.
