- The eighth wonder of the world and the largest sculptured art work. The carving is a memorial to the confederacy. The figures are Jefferson Davis, Generals Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson on horseback. Lee is 90 feet tall, the horse is 140 feet across. The carving is 305 ft. x 190 ft.
