Various committees named as well as appointment of Luther Glass to Board of Directors of the Development Authority. New Kiwanis Club, Hollis Harris club president. Construction underway for pedestrian bridge over Hwy. 54 connecting to Village Center. Plans to build 44-stall stable “east of Lake Peachtree” (in Glenloch). Master plan will include "mini-roads" for sole use of electric carts, walkers, bicycles and joggers. Grand opening of Wynnmeade with homes in $20,000 range.
