"A Mother is a Gift
A mother ask for little,
but always gives a lot
And all her gifts are priceless,
precious things that cant be bought...
Her love and understanding, and her Patient,
cheerful way are treasures that we need so much
And count on day by day...
Seems to find her special joy.
In life by helping others
The world would be an empty place
without the gift of mothers.

A Prayer of Thanks For Our Mother
Dear God,
We, Lee, Arthur and Sabrina have so mueh to be thankful
for today. Our Mother lived long enough for us to know
Her. Strengthen us now for the responsibility that we inherit
today. Lord help us as w'e grieve the loss of our mother.
For our mother's love, we are thankful. As the fruit of the
fruit of the love of our mother, we shall live on. We dedicate
and commit ourselves to live honorable, and respectfully so
that the remainder of our years bring no disgrace to our
family's name. We rejoice, and thank you for Christ's
promise of eternal life. He who lives and believes in me
shall never die. "In my Father's house, there are many
mansion."
We are strengthened now by your word:
"When my father and mother forsake me, then the Lord
will take me up." We know that sorrow never leaves us
w here it find us. We remember it is not what happens to us
in life, but how we react to what happens to us that is
supremely important. Now God you w'lll be constantly our
Heavenly parent. Weeping may endure for the night, but
joy comes in the morning."
Amen
Thank you God!
We love you so much Mama

THE PARTING VIEW
'Til Fly Away"
RECESSIONAL
One night a woman had a dream.
She dreamed she ivas walking along the beach with the Lord.
Across the sky flashed scenes from her life.
For each scene, she noticed two sets of footprints in the sand:
one belonging to her and the other to the Lord.
When the last scene other life flashed before her,
she looked back at the footprints in the sand.
She noticed that many times along the path other life
there was only one set of footprints.
She also noticed that it happened at the very
lowest and saddest times in her life.
This realty bothered her and she questioned the Lord about it.
"Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you.
you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during
the most troublesome times in my life,
there is only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why when I needed
you most you would leave me."
The Lord replied. "My daughter, my precious child,
I love you and I would never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffering,
when you see only one set of footprints,
it Mfls then that I carried vou. "
