With Joy, for the life Eternal in
Christ Jesus
I shall go forth in the morning, ^
In the crimson and the dew, ^
In the glint and glow of the sunlight, J
To buy me garments new. i.
I shall lie down at evening;
When my weeds are all outworn.
Their gorgeous colors faded.
And their fabric twisted and torn.
But I shall arise in the sunlight.
In the realms beyond the blue.
And wander forth in the morning
To buy me garments new.
