In everybodys garden,
a little rain must fall
Or lifes sweetest fairest flowers
Wouldnt grow and bloom at all
Although the clouds hang heavy
So heavy, Oh! my friend
Im sure that God who sends the shower
Will send the rainbows end.

was born.

Master Sergeant, he retired. Upon his return home, he re-joined the
Historic Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, where he served
on the Trustee Board, and for a time, he was president of the Layman
Department of the Claxton District Union of the Tattnall Missionary
Baptist Association.
