OBITUARY
Sister Willie Lee Jones was born in Tattnall County,
Georgia on February 18,1912 to the late Mr. Richard and
Mrs. Henrietta Mills. She joined the United House of Prayer
Church on the Rock of the Apostolic Faith at an early age
under the leader and founder, Sweet Daddy Grace and
served 30 years under our leader Bishop W. McCollough,
better known as Sweet Daddy McCollough. She served
on special auxiliarys. The Shout Band, McCollough
Tamberine Band, the Senior Usher Board and she work-
ed on Daddys G. Class Program. She received her G.
Class # for years 1987/88. She was joined in Holy
Matrimony to the late Mr. Weeb Jones. She was employed
at Claxton Poultry for 19 years. Sister Willie Lee quietly
slipped away on Sunday, September 9, 1990 at Candler
County Hospital in Metter, Georgia after a short illness.
She leaves to cherish her memory, three daughters.

Jean Shaw and Ms. Ella Mae Smith, both of San Francisco,
California; two sons, Robert Tompson, Plainfield, New
Jersey and Wilson B. Tompson of Newark, New Jersey;
four step children, Mrs. Irene DeLoach of Twin City, Ms.
Mamie Lanier of Statesboro, Ms. Mildred Smith of Plain-
field, New Jersey and Ms. Rose Lee Moss of Hagan,
Georgia; 5 sisters, St. Lessie Gross of Boston,
Massachusetts, Mrs. Vera Brown of Plainfield, New Jersey,
Sis. Cora Mikes of Manassas, Georgia, Sis. Beretha Mincey
of Bellville, Georgia and Sis. Mae Retha Tompkins of
Bellville; 2 brothers, Mr. Harry Mills of New Jersey and
Mr. Flutch Mills of Bellville, Georgia; 3 sisters-in-law. Sister
Williease Mills of Bellville, Georgia, Sister Wilma Mills of
Bellville, Georgia, Sis. Elizabeth Warren of Claxton,
Georgia; 3 brothers-in-law, Relder O. Milal of Manassas,
Georgia, Mr. Robert Tompkins of Bellvilie, Georgia, Mr.
Robert Brown of Plainfield, New Jersey; two sons-in-law,
Mr. Walter Atkinson of Metter, Georgia, Mr. Ogee Shaw
of San Francisco, California; 11 grandchildren and a host
of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
