To his Excelensey [Excellency]
Dear sir
I [added text: t ] hought proper to drop a Line To you stating that the Commisiners [Commissioners] on part of the united States To treat with the Cherrkees has Notefied [Notified] Me that the [they] have Concluded to Meat att [Meet at] the time & places as stated in thair Circuler [their Circular] Letter To the Chiefs which is on the
Ninth of august Next at Teloney which is at Sanderses if you have any Instructions further to Make To Genel [General] Glascock or My Self we Shall be happy To Receave [Receive] a Letter from you all of the Reservations is & will be purchased up Except two or perhaps three which Refuse To take two dollars per Acor [Acre] [deleted text: e ] & when I have the plesure [pleasure] of seeing your Excellensey [Excellency]
