Dr [Dear] Sir,
I have been thinking on the business of the Courthouse, I think it will be best not to fix on a place at the assembly if you should be successful, but confine it to some place not to exceed five miles from the Center, and until such place be ascertained & agreed on. Mr. Crawfords would be a proper place for the business. Tho [Though] I shall not neglect having affairs fixed otherways as we was talking
