- This document is an extract from a resolution of the Georgia House of Assembly and a receipt for money paid to Colonel Elijah Clarke for running the boundary line between the Cherokee Indians and Franklin County (Georgia). The resolution, dated February 20, 1785, empowers the Governor to make the payment from the Treasury. The receipt portion of the document is dated September 26, 1785.
