Governor,
We met you with joy yesterday and [unclear text: dined ] with you as our Father, and we appoint to meet you in your office at Eleven o clock to Express our opinion as a principal chiefs of Courts We have considered best, to give you [added text: in ] writing shews [shows] you might know when [deleted text: contrary ] we act contrary to our talk, In
Eighteen hundred and thirteen was the begining [beginning] of the Hostile and Genl [General] William McIntosh was [added text: the first ] man [unclear text: join'd [joined] ] the United States of America, and first man spilt blood for United states, In that time we were warriors unto Said Genl Wm [General William] McIntosh and fought for our Country, and after peace was made, we appointed chiefs by [unclear text: Genl Wm [General William] ] McIntosh not by Little Prince or Big Warrior, Therefore we love said McIntosh untill [until] death, and will hold fast, to his talk because we know he act agreeable to our Fathers talk, and by him we gain our prodiction [prediction] from our Father President -- Looking back in
1813 that give us light to know about the character of said McIntosh, If there was no such man as Genl [General] William McIntosh, in that time the land should been loss, without [illegible text] [added text: a ] penny for it
