Nineteen thousand six hundred and sixty two Rations of Meat. Fifteen thousand nine hundred and twelve Ditto of Meal. One thousand eight hundred and eighty nine Ditto of Rum. Forty two thousand one hundred and seven Ditto of Tobacco and eleven thousand six hundred fifty seven of salt at nine pence Sterling & full Ration, as agreed for by the former Commissioners with the State of Georgia

[Esquire] Contractor for said State, on behalf of the United States for the Treaty with the Creek Indians, Thirty one thousand eight hundred ninety three and a half rations of Beef, Meal, Rum Tobacco and Salt, at nine pence sterling each, being the amount

27th day of June last to this
19th September inclusive, and which said rations have been issued, to the Indians, the Guard, Waggoners, the Commissione [edge of document] Table and other necessary attendants. Each ration consisting of one and a half pounds of Beef, one and a quarter pound of Meal, and one Gill of Rum, with one pound of Tobacco and one quart of salt to every hundred rations- Amounting in the whole to the sum of eleven hundred ninety six pounds sterling; we have signed two receipts of the same tenor and date

Statement of the Account of Mr. David Hillhouse with the State of Georgia made by Robert Forsyth in consequence of an order of the Hon.ble [Honorable] Council dated the
13th day of November 1788, an account of a Contract mad [made] between Messrs. [Misters] Hillhouse & Kellog and the said State the
third day of April last for Rations of Meat, Bread, Rum and Salt, as allowed by Law, to be furnished by them, for the support of the said Troops and others called into actual service.
Mr. Hillhouse has nothing to produce against the State by the Certificates of the Inspector General Colo. [Colonel] Martin, to whom he says all his vouchers of deliverys [deliveries] of provisions to the Commissary of Issues and his Deputies were delivered in consequence of an order of the honble [honorable] Council.
The said Certificates specify, that David Hillhouse has furnished and delivered at the several Stations, provisions for the support of the State Troops and Militia then on Duty the following quantities agreeable to Contract. viz. [videlicet]
