By the Inclosed [Enclosed] you will eassly [easily] discover the absolute needessaty [necessity], for garrisons on the [unclear text: frontier ], for the protection of the [unclear text: Land ] And how them garrisons are to be keep up you best know -- There being no mode adobted [adopted] where by they can be supplied with provision --
They will be under the disagreeable [unclear text: needessaty [necessity] ] of distressing the Inhabitants nearby as bad as the savage Indian; by takeing [taking] supplies where they can finde [find] them
