In your preface to Gel. [General] Gaines letter to the Gnr. [Governor] of Georgia published in [deleted text: yesterday's ] [added text: to day's [today's] ] paper you say "Whether he (the Gnr. [Governor] of Ga.) is still determined to proceed, at all [unclear text: has ], & take possession of the (Indian) Territory, the Georgia papers do not inform us."
