- Description:
- Norcross, early 1900s. Methodist Church, originally known as the Flint Hill Methodist Church, was established in the 1820s. This structure was built in 1875 and used until 1968 when a new church was built. This structure has been used since by a couple of other denominations.
2003/06/23: Norcross Methodist Church was originally organized as Flint Hill Methodist Church. When the Southern Railway was completed in 1871, the Flint Hill church was relocated to Norcross and renamed the Norcross Methodist Church. The original windows were later replaced with arched stained glass windows, and a log cabin was erected in the back for the children. - External Identifiers:
