- "Mableton, 1935. L.H. Glore home as originally builtin the early 1930s. Mr. Glore designed the house himself. First home in Mableton with central steam heat. Home has since been altered markedly by new owner.
Second home of Mableton attorney L. Harold Glore, built early in the 1930 decade, during the depression that followed the stock market crash of 1929, located on Whispering Pines Circle, on Land Lot 38, of the 18th District and 2nd Section of Cobb County, Mableton, GA 30059.
The house had five bedrooms, reception hall, living room, separate dining room, kitchen with pantry, and family room, central steam heat system, and two chimneys with four fireplaces.
Glore was admitted to practice law in 1930, and served as Law Assistant to the Supreme Court of Georgia from 1948 through 1960. "--from field notes - External Identifiers:
