- Auburn, after 1907. T.C. Flanigan, second from the left, shown with friends and employees in front of his store, which was located on Fourth Avenue. This brick structure was reportedly the first brick building in Auburn. It was built in 1904. To the right is the Bank of Auburn, which was established in 1907. In the left background is the Auburn Methodist Church, which faced Fifth Street. Note the signs on the store which advertise shoes.
