Pursuant to the prov1S1ons contained in the proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the State of Georgia, an Executive Proclamation was issued and published as provided in said Acts and as required by the Constitution of this State, submitting the following proposed Amendments for ratification or rejection by the qualified voters of the State at the General Election held Tuesday, November 6, 1962, and the following are the votes received:
