Rockdale County Soil & Water
Conservation District
FY 2013 ANNUAL REPORT
Introduction
The mission of the Rockdale County Soil & Water Conservation District is to provide educational and technical assistance to conserve soil, improve water quality, and enhance the natural resources in Rockdale County.
The District could not successfully accomplish our mission without the partnership and full support of the citizens and our local governments in Conyers and Rockdale County.
In addition the District would like to thank the technical support and assistance of the Georgia Soil & Water Conservation Commission, the USDA Natural Resourcwes Conservation Service and the Upper Ocmulgee River Resource Conservation & Development Council.
Our partners provide the foundation to help us accomplish our conservation programs. We are especially grateful for their support and assistance to the District.
The Board of Supervisors of the Rockdale County Soil & Water Conservation District is proud of the accomplishments during the 2013 fiscal year. These accomplishments are summarized in this Annual Report.
