Cottages are fully equipped with stoves, refrigerators, kitchen utensils, linens and blankets. Each cottage has heating, and most have air conditioning. Several cottages have porches or decks, as well as woodbuming fireplaces or stoves (firewood not provided). Reservations accepted up to 11 months In advance. Pets are not alloUJetl.

Cottage Weekday Rates
In addition to the winter specials listed, most of the state parks have reduced wfekday ( Sun. - Thurs.) rates, year-round, offerIng savings of $10 - 20 per day for cottages.
Also, cottage reservation availability Is much better on weekdays for spur of the moment getaways.
General Coffee State Park's Bumham Cottage Spending the night In this beautiful two-story, three-bedroom cottage Is a luxurious treat. Featuring rice-carved beds, hand-stitched quilts, Persian rugs, chandeliers, Queen Anne period furniture and a fully equipped kitchen, this historical structure will give you the pampering and privacy you need for a Great Georgia Getaway. Located In Nicholls, Ga., General Coffee State Park features a pioneer village, Seventeen Mile River, four small lakes and a mysterious cypress swamp. The $2 ParkPass fee is included In the Burnham Cottage price.

The five state park lodges vary in size and offer features such as sleeping lofts for children, suites with separate bedrooms and private porches. Each has a restaurant and meeting facilities.
