DEPOSIT: Equivalent to one night lodging (plus Georgia sales tax).
CHECK-IN TIME: 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. Please present yellow reservation deposit slip when checking in. BALANCE OF PAYMENT DUE ON COTTAGE UPON ARRIVAL.
CHECK-OUT TIME: II a.m. Additional fee will be charged after this time unless overtime permitted by Park Office. Overtime can be granted only when others are not waiting for cottage.
TIME HELD: Reservations will not be held after ll a.m. of second day, and both reservations and deposit are forfeited unless Park Office has been notified of late arrival. Park Office will not accept more than one night's deposit.
OCCUPANCY LIMITATION: Cottage may not be used overnight to accommodate more than normal bed capacity. Maximum occupancy of cottages may vary from park to park.

PETS: Domestic pets are allowed on State Parks only if kept on a leash not longer than 6 feet and accompanied by their owner at all times. Owners are responsible for conduct of pets and must cleanup after them.

MOTOR BIKES: All motorized bikes are restricted to park roads. They must comply with all state regulations governing registration and safety equipment.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in public use areas in all of Georgia's State Parks and Historic Sites.

LATE ARRIVALS: Park must be notified of late arrival. After lO p.m., late arrivals will only be allowed to register under . emergency conditions.

WEAPONS: Firearms, bow and arrows, explosives, fireworks, slingshots, fishing spears, or any device that discharges projectiles by any means are prohibited .

ABOUT CAMPING
The Parks and Historic Sites Division does not wish to put a damper on park visitors by too many reg11lations. We must. however. protect the park resources, and it is for this reason that we must limit campsite occupancy to protect the physical quality of the campsite, refrain from overtaxing uti:ities. and insure a good outdoor recreation experience for the park visitor.
HOURS: Campgrounds open 7 a.m. - Close 10 p.m.

CAMPING SITE OCCUPANCY VEHICLES: Camping site occupancy will be limited to ONE of the following groups in camping rigs:
A. One motor home and one automobile. B. One auto with pop-up tent trailer (or another type tent) and one
auto. C. One auto with travel trailer and one auto. D. One pickup with mounted camping rig and one auto . E. Two motorized vechicles.
In addition to each of the above one pup tent is authorized. One boat trailer per site is authorized, provided the site is large enough.
Each additional party will be required to utilize another site and be charged an additional site fee. Campers will be required to pay full registration for number of nights for which site is occupied at time of registration.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE: Camping reservations accepted up to 30 days in advance. A non-refundable reservation fee of S5.00 accepted at time of check-in. A limited number of sites held for reservation at each park. Reservations accepted in person or by telephone.
CAPACITY OF CAMPING AREA
All campers using these facilities are confined to specified camping areas using developed sites.
Campgrounds will be closed when all sites are filled Camping i' not allowed except on designated sites within developed camping areas. Camping between designated sites is prohibited. When camping areas are filled to their stated capacity. no other campers shall be allowed to stay overnight in the park.
CAMPING INFORMATION
Any tent. trailer. or other personal property left on campsite unoccupied or unattended overnight shall be subject to removal and paid fees shall he forfeited.
Campers must register before setting up. Dishwashing is prohibited at drinking faucets or in Comfort Station facilities. All trash and garbage should be placed in proper receptacles.
TIME LIMITS: Campers should register to set up camp no later than 8 p.m. Occupancy of a site at any one park is limited to 14
days. A park visitor using a site for !4 days must vacate the park
for a period of not less than 4 days.
CHECK-OUT DEADLINE: 3 p.m.
EXTENDED STAY: If campers wish to extend their stay in campground' past the original day of departure, they must reregister prior to 12 noon on their original day of departure. If they do not re-register before 12 noon they must relinguish the site by 3 p.m. and register fora site on a first-come, first-served basis.
DISPLAY CAMPING RECEIPT: Can1pers should attach camping receipt to clip on campsite number sign which is located at each individual campsite. Fold receipt so that expiration date can be seen.
ELIGIBILITY: Scout groups and other youth groups are not eligible to occupy developed campsites in tent and trailer areas. Group camps and pioneer camping areas are available to such groups elsewhere in the park system.
AGE LIMIT: Campers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
