Named after the Vice President of the Confederacy and Governor of Georgia, A.H. Stephens State Historic Park has both natural and historic resources for its visitors. Within the park is Liberty Hall , Stephens' home built around 1830, and the Confederate Museum , which houses one of the finest collections of Confederate artifacts in Georgia. Plus, beautiful outdoor facilities make this park a treat for either nature lovers or history buffs!
