At the northern end of Lake Walter E George on the Chattahoochee River, this park offers the perfect setting and facilities for those who love water sports. It was formerly used as a private recreation area. The Kirbo Interpretive Center explains the rich cultural history of Stewart County and displays artifacts from the prehistoric Paleo-Indian period through the early twentieth century.
