by the Board of Natural Resources on June 29, 1994. When rules are adopted by the Board of Natural Resources, EPD files them with the Office of Secretary of State. The rules then become effective 20 days after filing. The cleanup priority and the Director's determination regarding the need for corrective action shown on this edition of the HSI will not be final until the proposed rules become effective.
