4. $813,008 ($600,000 State funds) net increase in Computer Charges ($680,330), Publications and Printing ($77,678), Travel ($25,000), and Grants to Counties ($30,000) for continued development and implementation of PARIS on-line in county Family and Children Services offices. An increase of $900,000 federal Social Services Block Grant funds is proposed: $686,992 to offset the federal fund reduction and $213,008 for system development and implementation. These adjustments will provide $2,155,662 in the proposed budget for 351 personal computers, related programming and implementation costs.
5. $115,233 State funds to provide start up funding for a Child Welfare Training Academy. These funds will be matched by other Department funds and Foundation grant funds.

7. A transfer of $276,475 State funds in Service Benefits for Children from Family and Children Services to Youth Services to comply with legislative intent.
