The State Health Planning Agency hereby announces its intent to repeal in its entirety rules 272-2-.09 (21), Special Care Units and 272-2-.01 Defmitions, (27) Special Care Units. Written conunents must be submitted to the Planning Agency no later than the close of business at 5:00 P.M. onAugust28, 1997. Unless revision of the proposed rule is indicated as a result of public comments, it is the intent ofthe Planning Agency to repeal this rule in its entirety on September 22, 1997.
