Ordered:

City of Thomasville Mayor, Mr. Greg Hobbs, was indicted on February 7, 2019, on one count of False Report of a Crime, three counts of Violation of Oath by Public Officer, and two counts of Making a False Statement; and
The indictment was transmitted to the Governor pursuant to O.C.G.A. 455-6(b), and the certified copy was received on February 14, 2019; and
The 14-day period following the receipt of the indictment as prescribed by O.C.G.A. 45-5-6(e) has passed.
Now, Therefore, By Virtue of the Authority Vested In Me As Governor of the State of Georgia, It Is Hereby
That Attorney General Christopher Carr, Mayor Barry Blount of the City of Americus, and Mayor Steve Edwards of the City of Sugar Hill are hereby appointed as the review commission to determine whether the indictment relates to and adversely affects the administration of the office of Mayor by Mr. Hobbs such that the rights and interests of the public are adversely affected thereby and to make a written report to me within 14 days with a recommendation as to whether said mayor should be suspended from office as required by O.C.G.A. 45-5-6(6).
