That the Honorable Sammie Elaine Trimble of Fulton County, Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to serve as a Fifth Congressional District representative on the Georgia Council for the Arts, to serve a term of office ending July 11, 2006, to succeed the Honorable Arthur M. Blank, who resigned after his term expired July 11,2003.
