of all the members.of the Board of Trustees of the Employees' Retirement System
shall of Georgia and.three 3dclitional meuibers who are to be appointed by the Governor,
each of whom be either a saperior court judge, a state court judge, a'district
attorney, a state court solicitor-gCnerai or a juvenile court judge; and
WHEREAS: Two of the members appointed by the Governor shall be appointed for initial terms of two years and one of the members shall be appointed for an initial term of four years, and such terms shall be effective July 1, 1998;
NOW, 1HEREFORE, PURSUANT TO Tiffi AUllIORITY VES1ED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED: That the following persons are appointed as members of the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Judicial Retirement System for terms of office as indicated below:
