BSA/AML/OFAC updates in less than 39 minutes

In December 2018, the FDIC announced the release of an updated technical assistance video on the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, and the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs. The updated video provides an overview of current BSA/AML and OFAC requirements for directors of FDIC-supervised banks. The video was designed to assist directors in understanding their compliance responsibilities, provide an update on changes in the federal laws and regulations, and give a high-level overview of the examination process for beneficial ownership and CDD requirements all in less than 39 minutes.
The FDIC BSA video can be accessed at https://www.fdic.gov/regulations/resources/ director/virtual/bsa.html.
