The market is steady to occasionally weak and the live supply is adequate for a normal demand. Average weights are desirable to heavy.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $1.9450 (based on 1,729,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $1.67 (based on 8,047,000 lbs.); whole breasts 93.50 (based on 939,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.4750 (based on 2,067,000 lbs.); thighs 55.00 (based on 1,203,000 lbs.); drumsticks 49.00 (based on 1,290,000 lbs.) leg quarters 31.00 (based on 7,228,000 lbs.) and wings $1.5150 (based on 3,753,000 lbs.).
