The Georgia f.o.b. dock quoted price on broilers and fryers for this week's trading is $1.14 based on full truck load lots of ice pack USDA grade "A" sized 2 to 3 pound birds. 100% (representing 1,015 loads) of the loads offered have been confirmed within a range of $1.04 to $1.19 with a final weighted average of $1.1276 f.o.b. dock or equivalent. The market is steady to firm to occasionally weak and the live supply is adequate to short for a normal to good to occasionally light demand. Average weights are desirable to a little heavy. Estimated slaughter today is 4,759,400 head. This compares with 4,543,100 head last Monday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: line run tenders $2.10 (based on 2,005,000 lbs.); skinless boneless breasts $2.0150 (based on 8,011,000 lbs.); whole breasts $1.22 (based on 1,794,000 lbs.); boneless skinless thigh meat $1.48 (based on 1,780,000 lbs.); thighs 72.50 (based on 1,327,000 lbs.); drumsticks 60.00 (based on 2,083,000 lbs.); leg quarters 52.00 (based on 9,079,000 lbs.); and wings $1.65 (based on 3,732,000 lbs.). Demand on line run tenders, skinless boneless breasts, and leg quarters is good to normal, mostly good, occasionally light; demand on whole breasts, boneless skinless thigh meat, thighs, and wings is good to normal, mostly good; and demand on drumsticks is good to normal.

The market tone for next week's trading is steady to firm to occasionally weak and the live supply is adequate to short for a good to normal to occasionally light demand. Average weights are desirable to a little heavy with a mostly steady to lower price trend. Estimated slaughter today is 4,720,800 head. This compares with 4,747,600 head last Tuesday.
The f.o.b. dock confirmed final weighted average prices on parts were: line run tenders $2.10 skinless boneless breasts $2.0150 whole breasts $1.22; boneless skinless thigh meat $1.48; thighs 72.50; drumsticks 60.00; leg quarters 52.00; and wings $1.65. Cooler inventories and supplies on all parts are balanced to occasionally light and heavy with a mostly balanced to good, occasionally light demand. Price trend on all parts is mostly higher to lower, occasionally, steady and weak.
