With Ga. Eggs
Few memories are as good as those of early morning on the farm, with the rooster's crow to awaken us and Mom's good breakfast to get us off to a good start. Remember the sugar-
cured ham, redeye gravy, biscuits, milk, and of course, it just wasn't breakfast without eggs!

Emphasizing the idea that "it just isn't breakfast without eggs," the Georgia Egg Commission has developed a collection of quick and easy breakfast recipes using eggs. These are being offered free to the public during February, which has been officially proclaimed as Egg Month in Georgia, by Governor Joe Frank Harris, to honor the state's egg producers and the industry's importance to Georgia's economy.
Governor Harris also recognized the Georgia Egg Commission and its program of promotion, education, and research. He noted that funding, which is provided solely by the state's producers through a 2<C per thirty dozen case assessment, remains the same as when the program started, in 1961! No tax monies are used. Every three years, Georgia egg producers can vote for the Commission's continuance. Balloting is currently underway, and producers have until midnight, February 12, to vote. No increase in funds is

is composed of five egg producers, chaired by Ed Houston of Lumber City; Exofficio members consisting of the Commissioner of Agriculture; Georgia Farm Bureau President; and two non-egg producer / farmer members appointed by the Legislature.
The Georgia Egg Commission is the oldest continuing egg promotion group in the country. Officers are located on the Atlanta State Farmers' Market, in Forest Park.

The Commissioner of Agriculture will consider the adoption of a new rule 40-6-1-.03 (1) entitled "Secondary and Micro Nutrients and Deficiencies" which sets minimum percentages for secondary elements which are included in commercial fertilizer, on March 15,1983. Georgia Cooking ...
CUP OF GOLD
1/4 cup margarine, melted 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar
cheese 3 cups corn flakes 6 eggs g 2 tablespoons parmesan
cheese
(The night before) Combine corn flakes, Cheddar cheese and margarine, tossing lightly. Press mixture into 6 greased custard cups. Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate overnight. (In the morning) Remove custard cups from refrigerator and break an egg into each cup. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
