The estimated total capital investment of the Georgia dairy farmers is $325 million. A recent survey made by the Georgia Milk Producers, Inc. shows the average age of Georgia dairy farmers is 48.4 years and only 39% of the dairy farmers reporting have sons who are interested in contin uing the dairy farm operation. In answer to the question as to what was the most outstanding pro blem on the dairy farm, practically all answered with labor problems.
