the Constitution and Laws of the State
of Georgia, and more particularly the
Laws relating to Commercial Fertilizers
and to the Laws relating to Economic
Poisons, for the purpose of extending pre-
vious regulations, and the enactment of
_ new regulations relating to the conditions
of sale, mixing, and labeling, of Fertilizer-
Pesticide Mixtures in this State, the fol-
lowing rules and regulations are hereby
ordered, prescribed, and promulgated:
1. SPECIALTY FERTILIZERS WITH
PESTICIDES FOR HORTICULTURAL
AND ORNAMENTAL USES, (Non-food
or forage crop formulations) may contain

2. FIELD CROP FERTILIZERS
WITH PESTICIDES, (Food, Forage,
Fiber, and Tobacco formulations) may
~ contain those organic pesticides that are
known not to affect flavor or are in-
capable of translocation so as to transmit
residues, and may be sold without re-
striction as to area or package size, except
that there shall be no bulk sales or deliv-
eries of these mixtures. All packages
must be fully labeled showing both the
fertilizer and pesticide guarantees, and
must be in conformation with both laws.
All labls. must be acceptable under
the Georgia Economic Poisons Act and
the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and
Rodenticide Act. Dual registration under
the Georgia Fertilizer Law and Economic
Poisons Act is required.
