Georgia Cosmetic Laser Services Act; revise a definition; revise a provision
Bill Summary: HB 502 revises the definition of "cosmetic laser service" to include energy based medical procedures using an ultrasound, cryolipolysis, microwave, or radio frequency device. This bill removes language requiring the supervising senior laser practitioner to be on-site.
