HB 730 by Representative Petrea of the 166th CHATHAM COUNTY: House Bill 730 revises the membership of the Chatham-Savannah Authority for the Homeless to provide for 13 members. The purposes provision is also revised to include operational standards from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
HB 742 by Representative O'Steen of the 169th CITY OF BROXTON: House Bill 742 increases the compensation of the mayor and city council of the City of Broxton. The mayor will receive $625 per month and council members will receive $425 per month.
HB 748 by Representative Smith of the 18th CARROLL COUNTY: House Bill 748 increases the salary of the Coroner of Carroll County to $43,620 per year, with an annual expense allowance of $3,100.
HB 749 by Representative Smith of the 18th CARROLL COUNTY: House Bill 749 revises the salary of the Board of Commissioners of Carroll County. The chairman will receive the same annual salary as the Sheriff of Carroll County and the board members will receive $20,250 per year.
HB 750 by Representative Cox of the 28th FORSYTH COUNTY: House Bill 750 adds a third judge to the State Court of Forsyth County.
HB 754 by Representative Horner of the 3rd CATOOSA COUNTY: House Bill 754 establishes an internal auditor for the Board of Education of Catoosa County. The auditor is required to conduct one-year and five-year performance and financial audits of the school system.
HB 768 by Representative Reeves of the 99th GWINNETT COUNTY: House Bill 768 provides an annual supplement of $10,000 to the chief judge of the State Court of Gwinnett County.
HB 769 by Representative Reeves of the 99th GWINNETT COUNTY: House Bill 769 increases the annual supplement of the judges of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County to $80,200.
HB 770 by Representative Reeves of the 99th GWINNETT COUNTY: House Bill 770 provides an additional annual supplement of $10,000 to the chief judge of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County.
SB 237 by Senator Strickland of the 42nd NEWTON COUNTY: Senate Bill 237 revises the contracts, borrowing, and revenue bond provisions of the Newton County Public Facilities Authority.

HB 743 by SUBSTITUTE by Representative Fleming of the 114th CITY OF SOCIAL CIRCLE: House Bill 743 provides a homestead exemption from City of Social Circle ad valorem taxes in an amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the adjusted base year value of the homestead.
HB 744 by SUBSTITUTE by Representative Williamson of the 112th CITY OF WALNUT GROVE: House Bill 744 provides a homestead exemption from City of Walnut Grove ad valorem taxes in the amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the adjusted base year value of the homestead.
HB 745 by SUBSTITUTE by Representative Martinez of the 111th CITY OF LOGANVILLE: House Bill 745 provides a homestead exemption from City of Loganville ad valorem taxes in the amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the adjusted base year value of the homestead.
HB 746 by SUBSTITUTE by Representative Williamson of the 112th CITY OF MONROE: House Bill 746 provides a homestead exemption from City of Monroe ad valorem taxes in the amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the adjusted base year value of the homestead.
HB 772 by Representative Romman of the 97th CITY OF NORCROSS: House Bill 772 revises a homestead exemption from City of Norcross ad valorem taxes for residents who are 62 years of age or older and occupy their homesteads by increasing the amount to $45,000.
HB 775 by Representative Crowe of the 118th BUTTS COUNTY: House Bill 775 revises a homestead exemption from Butts County school district ad valorem taxes for residents who are 62 years of age or older by increasing the amount to $15,000.
HB 776 by Representative Jones of the 47th FULTON COUNTY: House Bill 776 provides a homestead exemption from Fulton County school district ad valorem taxes for residents who are 70 years of age or older in the amount of 50 percent of the assessed value of the homestead.
HB 777 by Representative Jones of the 47th FULTON COUNTY: House Bill 777 provides a homestead exemption from Fulton County school district ad valorem taxes for residents who are 65 years of age or older in the amount of 25 percent of the assessed value of the homestead.
