HB 226 by Representative Mathis of the 133rd CITY OF COCHRAN: House Bill 226 annexes certain described property into the City of Cochran.
HB 380 by Representative Greene of the 154th RANDOLPH COUNTY: House Bill 380 repeals the Lower Chattahoochee Regional Airport Authority Act.
HB 381 by Representative Greene of the 154th CLAY COUNTY; MARION COUNTY; WEBSTER COUNTY: House Bill 381 adds Clay, Marion, and Webster Counties to the Lower Chattahoochee Regional Transportation Authority.
HB 396 by Representative Campbell of the 35th CITY OF ACWORTH: House Bill 396 adopts a map by reference of the City of Acworth boundaries.
HB 404 by Representative Taylor of the 92nd CITY OF CONYERS: House Bill 404 annexes certain described property into the City of Conyers.
HB 412 by Representative Kelley of the 16th POLK COUNTY: House Bill 412 revises the reappointment eligibility for members of the Polk County Water Authority.
HB 448 by Representative Chastain of the 7th GILMER COUNTY: House Bill 448 abolishes the elected office of the County Surveyor of Gilmer County and creates the office of County Surveyor to be appointed by the governing authority of Gilmer County with terms of one year.
HB 462 by Representative Hagan of the 156th TOOMBS COUNTY: House Bill 462 provides a referendum to authorize Toombs County to exercise all redevelopment and other powers.
HB 468 by Representative Huddleston of the 72nd HEARD COUNTY: House Bill 468 revises the compensation for the Board of Education members of Heard County to $450 per month. Expenses for travel to meetings outside of the county will also be reimbursed.

HB 498 by Representative Heffner of the 130th AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY: House Bill 498 authorizes Augusta-Richmond County to levy a hotel/motel tax.

EXEMPTIONS REQUIRE A TWO-THIRDS ROLL-CALL VOTE FOR PASSAGE:
HB 476 by Representative Stephens of the 164th BRYAN COUNTY: House Bill 476 provides a homestead exemption from Bryan County School District ad valorem taxes in an amount by which the current year assessed value exceeds the base value of the homestead.
