SB 574 by Senator Strickland of the 17th ALCOVY JUDICIAL CIRCUIT: A bill to authorize the counties within the Alcovy Judicial Circuit to provide additional investigators to the District Attorney.
SB 580 by Senator Strickland of the 17th CITY OF MADISON: A bill to revise the compensation of the mayor, mayor pro tempore, and city council of the City of Madison and to provide that the mayor shall only vote for the mayor pro tempore in the case of a tie.

EXEMPTIONS REQUIRE A TWO-THIRDS ROLL-CALL VOTE FOR PASSAGE:
SB 584 by Senator Jones of the 10th CITY OF STOCKBRIDGE: A bill to provide for a homestead exemption from City of Stockbridge ad valorem taxes in the amount of $10,000 for all residents and $15,000 for residents who are 62 years of age or older and residents residing on a property with a septic system.
LOCAL LEGISLATION WITH SENATE CHANGES: AGREE TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE OR AMENDMENT (REQUISITE HOUSE DELEGATION SIGNATURES OBTAINED)
HB 1455 as SUBSTITUTED BY THE SENATE by Representative Sainz of the 180th CITY OF ST. MARYS: A bill to provide a homestead exemption from City of St. Marys' ad valorem taxes for residents who are 62 years of age or older in the amount of $25,000 of the assessed value of the homestead.
